Satisfactory Academic Progress for Undergraduate Programs
Students' academic progress will be measured at the end of each semester. In order to maintain satisfactory progress, students must:
- Maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 2.0 (on a standard 4.0 scale) at the end of each semester.
- Progress at a satisfactory rate toward completion of their program. At the end of the evaluation period, the student must have successfully completed at least 66.67% of all coursework that the student has attempted in the program. A description of the calculation is given below.
- Complete the program within a maximum timeframe of 150% of the published length of the program as calculated in credits attempted. For example: A student enrolled in a 120 semester credit program would have to complete the program in a maximum timeframe of 180 credits attempted (150% of 120 Credits).
