DHYG 365 Dental Materials w/Lab

(formerly DHYG 265) Reviews the properties, composition and manipulation of materials used in dentistry. The study of dental materials enables the dental hygienist to understand the behavior of these materials, and provides a scientific rationale for selecting, using and understanding the varied relationships of dental bio-materials. Methods of instruction include guided facilitation, demonstration, case studies, and classroom activities.
