OCC 746 Leadership and Advancement in Occupational Therapy Practice

This course will cover information on how to provide effective occupational services in a variety of context and setting:  The role of the occupational therapy manager; running a business/department/program; leadership; advocacy; service models; utilizing resources; maintaining standards; use evidence; understand policy; and prepare next-generation leaders with an appreciation of the ethics and value of the profession.
