PHIL 434 Medical Ethics and Issues

Introduces biomedical and health care ethics. Topics include a wide range of subjects such as research involving humans and animals, human genetics, reproduction, death and dying, organ transplantation, public health, biotechnology, and bioscience. Designed to help students understand how health care professionals and consumers make difficult health care choices for their patients, their loved ones, and themselves.  GE Competency Area: C
