PHAR 798 Interprofessional Education (Simulation) I

This course provides students with interprofessional experiences utilizing simulated patient cases, high fidelity mannequins and/or standardized patients. Students apply their knowledge and skills while engaging with peers in other healthcare programs and develop recognition of roles and responsibilities of each discipline. This course allows students to hone IPEC competencies: values and ethics, teams and teamwork, roles and responsibilities, and interprofessional communication.
