PHAR 707 Applied Antimicrobial Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics

This module will provide knowledge and clinical skills to apply antimicrobial pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics in monitoring, and dose adjustment of anti-infective agents to treat infections in hospitalized patients.
